Hey,

I hope you’re doing well! Alex and I came back yesterday from a few days in England where we spent 3 days in Brighton and 1 in London! It’s been such a wonderful journey for him and me on pretty much every possible level! 

Alex took some time to get back to some of the questions you asked during the last live event we did 2 weeks ago already, and hope you had the opportunity to take a look at his incredible Substack video! Never saw Alex being so much on fire about sharing with you on such a personal level! So beautiful to watch! 

I went there to do some meetings around new concerts, festivals and touring! More news about that will be shared shortly, but one thing for sure, it’s been very productive! 

We’re back at the HQ for a 4-day stretch where music, rehearsals and festival preparation will be the epicenter of it all! I did a short video where everything is explained, plus a few surprises which will be announced this week! Enjoy!!!

I’ve been enjoying Corporate Rock Sucks / The Rise and Fall of SST Records, the Black Flag record label and I’m enjoying the passion and the ruthlessness behind the band’s grit to embrace what was transcending music and the genre.
 
 

◆ Quote I’m contemplating

Since we’re still in a celebratory mood around Alex’s new album release, I decided to add his latest quote in here, which I really liked as I’ve been witnessing it myself.

“Alex, you are a raging rhino in a porcelain shop that can get away with destroying only the fake elements on display!” I’m still wondering if it’s a compliment or not… I guess it shows just how far I’ve gone… At least, I suppose… Even if the way I would put it all would be more like “Let’s destroy it all!!! And if it was anywhere close to being real, it will rise up again at some point when we least expect it.”

Until then, it’s time for me to embrace the moment for what it is: an incredible opportunity to shine the bright and rich colors we bloom through together, the reason I can’t wait to go around to see you wherever you are! It’s been too long!!! And no matter how ready or not I might feel, it’s time, and time is now!!!”
