Hey,
I hope you’re doing well! It’s Sunday afternoon and I’m in my office after what has been such a crazy busy morning at the HQ since Alex and I are leaving for Hamburg tomorrow (Monday) afternoon. We have so much to pack and make sure we don’t forget anyone's package as I did last time...!
Before I hit the classic missive, I would like to welcome all the new members following our yearly gathering and launching party we had on Alex’s YouTube last Saturday! It was so great to see you all, and for us to share with so much excitement how proud we are to celebrate this Club’s 15th anniversary with you all! So, from the bottom of my heart, welcome, welcome, welcome!!!!
Also, for our friends in Europe, Max, Valerie, Stephanie, and I decided we wanted to get you involved promoting the upcoming fall tour, as so many of you have been asking how you could help!
We came up with a great document explaining what and how and leaving the when to you! :)
Let me know what you have in mind, as I’ll share it here to inspire others to do the same!

Jozef Van Wissem and Jim Jarmush - Bocca di Lupo
Jim Jarmuch is one of my favorite artists. Being so consistent in his world, it really is inspiring! He just released a new song. I highly recommend it to you! It’s so promising for the upcoming album!
If you’re new to the Jim Jarmush world, you should watch the movie Only Lovers Left Alive. It’s been filmed in Tangier and it’s simply loaded with great music, magic, and wonders!

Just like Alex shared in his Edition #144 on Substack about golf, where 95% meets 2-5%, here I was in Tangier one morning trying to figure it all out for me!
This is the second thing I promised myself on my Never To Do list that I’ve been breaking after being a DJ: Playing golf…! Damn! I’m scared of my own self! What’s next for me? Curling, radio astronomy, growing algae, playing croquet, making detailed and realistic maps, cutting bonsai trees, chasing butterflies?!?!?!?!
(These are all good things if you’re in any of it, no worries or judgement implied, simply not my cup of tea! Simply staying your own self is the point I’m hoping to make!)

Many of you were wondering how to switch from New School to Old School, it’s very easy, you simply have to send an email here to request the change and a dear friend of mine will take good care of you!
We’ve also been receiving countless amazing comments and messages from you following the last Saturday gathering, and some brought us to share about the spirit of the Club, of its 15 years of existence, of the exclusive 7” vinyl home of Calling Out, and of course, about the passport, which is something we’re so proud to see where this will lead us over the year and beyond…!

Especially, because people who met you when we finally got to meet...spoke to me about how amazing it is to spend time with you guys & genuinely connect in community.
